Office Cottage.    Accommodates 2.

The Office Cottage is the former Estate Office for the Mills. An old iron safe, believed to be original is inset into the sitting room wall. Upstairs is a double bedroom with views towards the lake. The Office is just a few metres from the river. A door from the kitchen leads to a small garden with a wooden bench and stepping stones down to the river. 

There is a good sized sitting room, and a kitchen-diner with a  wooden floor and handmade wooden kitchen units, full size electric cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment and a microwave. Also downstairs is a bathroom with bath and W.C.

We provide bed linen, tea towels and hand towels - please bring your own bath/ beach towels. There is a shared washing machine in a separate laundry room.

There is wifi and a DVD player and screen. Please feel free to bring your own DVDs or borrow ours, we have a large selection. There is no television signal or mobile phone signal inside the cottage.

The villages of Stithians and Ponsanooth are about 1 mile away, both have a shop, post office and pub. and there is a well stocked organic farm shop in the nearby village of Cusgarne.

Rates: £300 low season to £450 high season.
